The Switch laboratory is participating in the CAGI meeting held in the San Francisco Bay area on December 9-10 2011. This meeting assesses protein and genome predictions from several groups around the world.
Switch has submitted predictions on mutations in the Cystathionin-B-Synthase (CBS) and p53 recover mutations challenge.

It is with great pleasure that we announce the advance access publication of the FoldX plugin for YASARA in the Bioinformatics journal.
This Python-based plugin finally enables scientists to carry out FoldX free energy predictions entirely interactive in the 3D graphical YASARA interface.
